Our active portfolio includes (i) Taradevi's Enclave (New Shimla) – luxury apartments, and (ii) Taradevi's Downtown Kufri – luxury hospitality/villas, with a pipeline of upcoming launches in Shimla, Konkan, and Vrindavan. We are building an institutional-grade real estate portfolio across marquee leisure and religious tourism destinations in India.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Writer / Content Strategist to become the voice of our brand. You'll turn ideas, research, and business objectives into content that strengthens our positioning, drives engagement, and supports lead generation — across everything from website copy to ad campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves to write, thinks strategically, and wants ownership over a growing brand's story.

What You'll Do

● Content creation:  Create fresh, reader-friendly content across website pages, project descriptions, blogs, social media, brochures, email/WhatsApp campaigns, Google & Meta ad copies, press releases, newsletters, and landing pages.

● Brand voice:  Develop taglines, scripts, and brand messaging that bring marketing campaigns to life.

● Planning:  Build and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, on-time delivery across all platforms.

● Research:  Conduct market and competitor research to keep content relevant, differentiated, and on-trend.

● Real estate storytelling:  Write compelling narratives around project features, location advantages, lifestyle benefits, and investment potential.

● Quality & SEO:  Ensure every piece aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and SEO best practices.

What We're Looking For

● Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with strong storytelling and copywriting ability.

● Proven experience writing for websites, social media, brochures, articles, press releases, and marketing campaigns.

● Ability to write for different audiences and channels, and to juggle multiple projects against deadlines.

● Working knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and social media content practices.

● A confident, mature communicator who collaborates well across teams.

● Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar) to boost productivity — an added advantage.

Preferred

● Experience in real estate, luxury brands, or digital marketing.

● A strong portfolio spanning website content, blogs, social campaigns, marketing collateral, ad copy, or brand communication projects.

● Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Business, or a related field.
