Job Description
We are looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, working with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
What we're looking for:
1–2 years of relevant experience Mandatory hands-on experience in Product Support / Technical Support Strong hands-on experience with Linux Experience with Search and log analysis tools such as Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools Hands-on experience with Cloud Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud Watch, or similar tools Good understanding of ITIL and production support processes, including incident management, support procedures, escalations, and product release procedures. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, infrastructure, and other teams Strong ownership of technical issues from inception through closure Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to troubleshoot, investigate, identify root causes, and drive issues to resolutionPreferred:
