About Us

Narendra Textiles is a growing textile business based in Hyderabad, supplying to retailers, wholesalers and institutional buyers across South India. We're expanding our presence across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and are looking for a driven sales leader to take charge of the region.

The Role

You will own sales for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. That means growing revenue, building and leading a sales team, and developing strong relationships with key accounts. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes being in the market, closing deals and building a team that delivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet revenue targets across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
• Find and win new retailers, wholesalers, distributors and institutional buyers
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring repeat business and timely collections
• Lead, train and motivate the regional sales team, set targets and track performance
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and order volumes with clients
• Travel across the region regularly to visit markets, clients and the team
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, and share insights with management
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of sales experience in textiles (fabrics, garments, yarn or related)
• Strong network among textile traders, retailers and distributors in Telangana and AP
• Proven experience managing a sales team
• Excellent negotiation and account management skills
• Fluency in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus)
• Willing to travel frequently within the region
• Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred
