About the Company

Our Client is seeking associates with 2-8 years of experience to join the Asset Finance & Securitization team in their Global Finance group. Their dynamic team represents issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks and underwriters, and other market participants in structuring novel structured and asset finance and sale transactions. If you have an interest in helping clients create complex products involving a wide variety of asset classes, derivatives and other new structures, our team is a great fit for you. Responsibilities

Prior work with structured finance, including transactions involving some of the following assets is preferred:solar loansmineral rightsroyaltiesmarketplace loanscredit card receivablesauto loans and leasesmortgagessingle-family rental propertiestimesharestrade receivablesWe are looking to be flexible – open positions can be based out of any of our U.S. locations; we will provide a relocation allowanceInterest in learning and developing relationships with a collegial teamLarge law firm experience strongly preferredMUST HAVE PREVIOUS BIGLAW EXPERIENCE
Qualifications

2-8 years of experience in structured finance.
Required Skills

Experience with structured finance transactions.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with various asset classes and derivatives.

Pay range and compensation package
