WAYGO (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a Marketing Officer to support driver acquisition in Islamabad. This role focuses on building awareness of the platform among prospective drivers and turning outreach into qualified registrations and onboarding. The successful candidate will coordinate practical, locally relevant campaigns, communicate the value of joining WAYGO, and help the team understand which recruitment activities are delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out driver-acquisition campaigns across suitable digital and community channels.
• Identify prospective drivers and share clear information about registration, onboarding, and platform benefits.
• Coordinate outreach activities and promotional materials with internal teams and local partners.
• Respond professionally to candidate questions and help guide interested drivers through the acquisition funnel.
• Track leads, registrations, campaign activity, and conversion results; maintain accurate records and provide regular updates.
• Gather feedback from prospective and newly registered drivers, then recommend improvements to messaging and outreach.
• Support consistent, brand-appropriate communication across campaign content and in-person promotional activities.

This is an Islamabad-based, full-time opportunity for a proactive marketer who can combine clear communication, organized follow-through, and performance-focused campaign execution.

Job Specification

• Ability to plan and execute practical marketing and driver-recruitment campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining services clearly to prospective drivers.
• Confidence with lead generation, candidate engagement, follow-up, and conversion-focused outreach.
• Familiarity with social media and digital promotion; ability to adapt messaging for local audiences.
• Organized record-keeping and attention to detail when tracking leads, registrations, and campaign activity.
• Basic understanding of campaign metrics and ability to summarize results and recommend improvements.
• Professional interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers, colleagues, and community contacts.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple outreach tasks and meeting agreed targets.
• Fluent communication in English and Urdu; knowledge of local Islamabad communities is an advantage.
