Location: San Diego, CA (92130)Duration: 12–24+ MonthsAbout the Role:We are seeking a Manufacturing Sr. Engineer II to provide engineering services supporting efficient manufacturing processes. This role involves cell management, process development, project management, validation, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:Create, maintain, and improve technical documents (prints, BOMs, routers).Develop processing applications (machining, finishing, molding, etc.).Conduct feasibility studies for cost analysis and equipment requirements.Lead equipment qualification and process validation projects.Solve complex product/process performance issues using statistical tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project plans.Qualifications:Education: B.S. in Engineering.Experience: 5–7 years in manufacturing engineering.Preferred: Medical device experience, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and root cause analysis skills. xzbcwsv Technical Skills: GD&T, Microsoft Office, Project, Smartsheet, Minitab.
