Core Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities and structured programming
- Support living skills, personal hygiene, feeding and behavior management
- Encourage participation and positive social interactions
- Monitor members’ health and well-being
- Complete documentation accurately
- Follow all safety, emergency, and health protocols
- Support members during transitions
- Model appropriate community behavior at all times
- Serve as a positive role model to members and co-workers
- Follow chain of command and consult group leads when needed
- Demonstrate respectful, courteous, and inclusive behavior in all interactions with members, coworkers and leadership
