This role requires candidates with strong communication and critical thinking ability. Responsibilities: Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.) Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity, Quality, etc.) as defined. Qualification & Core Competencies : Arts and Science graduates Excellent command of the English language being fluent in spoken and written. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic Excel Knowledge Willing to work in US shift time zone (09:30 PM to 06:30 AM
