About the Role

Non-Negotiables:

• Enterprise Program Leadership
• Has led large, cross-functional technology programs from planning through implementation.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and dependencies-not just managing a single project.
• Release Train Engineer (or SAFe Program-Level Agile Leadership)
• Has served as an RTE or equivalent, facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, dependency management, and program-level execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, cross-functional technology programs.
• Coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums.
• Manage dependencies and ensure program-level execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise program leadership.
• Proven track record in leading technology programs.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Release Train Engineer.
• Familiarity with SAFe framework.
