What You’ll Do:Deliver a warm, exceptional, polished and personalized client experience from first interaction through follow-upDrive sales, conversion, and clienteling resultsBuild and maintain lasting relationships with clients through thoughtful, consistent outreachDevelop a personal client book and retain consistent clients each seasonStay knowledgeable across seasons, collections, product launches, and brand initiativesSupport events, activations, collaborations, and broader community-building effortsMaintain the store environment and support daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, product floor preparation, and administrative needsContribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and positive team environment
Who We’re Looking For:Previous experience in retail, luxury or otherA natural ability to connect with people and build genuine client relationshipsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, self-motivated approach with strong attention to detailConfidence in cross-selling and achieving sales goalsClienteling and CRM experience is preferredReliable, punctual, and flexible with a professional approach to the roleWillingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Physical Requirements: Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customersAbility to bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as neededAbility to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends when business needs
Reporting to: Assistant Store Manager or Store DirectorPay Transparency: This position offers an hourly range of $23-25 plus commission. xzbcwsv Final compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, job-related skills, and internal pay alignment.
