About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Development

Representative (BDR)/Team Lead to drive new business opportunities across CMS migration,

website modernization, digital experience, and enterprise web development.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in B2 B technology sales/business

development, with a strong understanding of enterprise prospecting, account research,

outbound campaigns, lead qualification, and appointment setting.

Experience selling or prospecting around CMS migration, Word Press, enterprise Word Press,

web development, digital transformation, or Saa S solutions will be highly valuable.

Experience with Word Press VIP is a strong plus.

This role will be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging senior decision-makers,

creating qualified sales opportunities, and building a consistent pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Senior BDR will be measured primarily on pipeline quality and opportunity creation, rather

than simply activity volume.

Key KPIs may include:

● Qualified meetings booked

● Sales-qualified opportunities generated

● Pipeline value generated

● Meeting-to-opportunity conversion

● Opportunity-to-pipeline conversion

● Target-account penetration

● Outbound campaign performance

● Email and call engagement

● Follow-up effectiveness

● CRM data accuracy
