80111Job Description:
Coordinates employee health clinics and oversees the provision of health services. Addresses employee health concerns and provides support to ensure a healthy work environment. Collaborates with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized care plans for employees. Participates in multidisciplinary rounds and meetings to discuss employee health and safety. Provides training and education to staff on health and safety protocols and best practices. Develops and implements wellness programs to promote employee health and well-being. Conducts health screenings, vaccinations, and medical evaluations for employees. Provides health education and resources to employees on preventive care and workplace safety. Maintains accurate and up-to-date health records for all employees, ensuring confidentiality and security of health information. Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations through regular audits and inspections. Updates policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards and address any health and safety violations promptly. Manages occupational health services, including medical illness/injury triage, basic first aid, mask fit testing, and drug screens. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to review programs and identify appropriate employee health management initiatives [Required]
- Ability to monitor effectiveness measures for employee health programs in order to improve employee health and wellbeing [Required]
- Ability to review employee work and progress and prepare written reports [Required]
- Ability to analyze and assess employee health data, techniques, methodology, equipment operations, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately [Required]
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Knowledge of CDC guidelines, OHSA, state guidelines, and other regulatory bodies [Required]
- Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practices [Required]
- Knowledge of AOHP guidelines, standard of care [Preferred]
Education:
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing in a related field
Work Experience:
- Two years of technical experience [Preferred]

- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]
