Senior architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect with extensive experience in residential developments to lead the design and execution of high-rise housing projects in Mumbai. The role involves end-to-end responsibility from concept design to site execution, coordination with consultants and ensuring compliance with local development regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design for residential buildings including apartments, luxury housing and redevelopment projects.
* Develop concepts, layouts, unit planning and façade designs optimized for Mumbai conditions.
* Review and respond to authority comments and revisions.
* Ensure design integration and resolve technical conflicts.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to design intent.
* Address site-level technical issues and provide timely solutions.
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Experience
* 8–15 years (with strong residential project experience)
•Proven experience in high-rise residential and redevelopment projects.
* Experience working with Mumbai developers and approval processes.
* Exposure to luxury residential or large township projects is an advantage.
Education
* Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Architecture (M. Arch).
* Registration with Council of Architecture (COA).
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in Auto CAD (mandatory).
* Knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred.
* Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
