Fashion Designer - Women's Western Wear

Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to develop commercially viable designs for the value retail market. Translate international trends into value retail-friendly designs suitable for Indian consumers. Track competitor brands and marketplace and Flipkart to identify best sellers and pricing strategies. Create seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product designs aligned with brand direction. Develop multiple design options within defined price points ensuring trend relevance & cost efficiency. Prepare tech packs and coordinate with sampling, sourcing, and merchandising teams for product development. Review proto and fit samples, providing design corrections to achieve the desired look and fit. Collaborate with graphic designers for prints and surface developments. Track sales performance and best sellers to guide future design decisions Experience : 3 to 6 Years Education : Minimum qualification – Graduation & Post graduation in fashion designing, preferably from Top fashion institute. Key Skills and Attributes: • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw etc • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills • Portfolio of work • Candidates from Retail/Ecommerce industry preferred
