You will lead day-to-day operations, shape a new service and build a dedicated team to provide high-quality care for ages 10-17 with EBD.The role requires Ofsted familiarity, strong leadership and a commitment to improving outcomes. The home will operate Monday–Friday, with salary £50,000–£55,000 and an enhanced benefits package.
