Production manager

The purpose of Operations Aggregator role is to oversee production operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within time & budgeted parameters

Responsibilities

Develop and support in implementation of efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day production related operations to meet production targets Hold accountability for production output and quality Ensure adherence to the production schedule and ensure production of output as per the quality standards within the set timelines Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available Maintain a safe production environment Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Qualifications

B. Tech/ M. Tech in Production engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ MBA 10-12 years in a similar role in FMCG/ Agro Chemicals Industry Candidates only required from Agro chemical/ chemical industry
