Leading the development of presale client deliverables for meetings and events, the full-time Senior Purchasing Specialist will manage creative program development, sourcing, procurement, and negotiation, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate large client projects, ensuring consistency in deliverables and effective communication among team members and suppliers Develop appealing programs that maximize client budgets while incorporating innovative themes and industry trends Negotiate competitive rates and execute contracts, representing client interests and enhancing value through supplier relationships Required qualifications Four-year degree or equivalent experience Minimum six years of industry experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and advanced PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Ability to travel and attend presentations as needed
