A top Hedge Fund is looking to add a Legal Counsel with a Capital Markets, Fund, or M and/or equivalent experience working for a private fund manager as an attorney in a business-facing role. • Prior experience in structuring (e.g. PIPEs, pre-IPO private financings, workouts, credit documentation) is strongly preferred.
