Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying counterfeit, duplicate, or fake products in the market.
- Conducting market intelligence through investigators and distributors.
- Tracking unauthorized manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
- Coordinating raids with:
- Local Police
- Crime Branch
- Legal authorities
- Private investigation agencies
- Collecting evidence and preparing legal documentation.
- Filing civil or criminal cases against counterfeiters.
- Working closely with legal, sales, supply chain, and external investigators.
- Training distributors and sales teams to identify counterfeit products.
- Monitoring online marketplaces for fake products.
