Job Description:

This job requires the incumbent to work 6 days a week from office.

Location : Udyog Kendra - 1, Ecotech -3, Greater Noida West.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities: Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by the sales team. Follow up on orders & payment recovery Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Enthusiastic towards customer’s query solving and escalation handling. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field or any graduate. A minimum of 6months - 02 Years experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
