Key Responsibilities: Provide remote helpdesk and desktop support for end users. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Azure services. Assist with user management in Active Directory and AzureAD. Support day-to-day operations of client networks, servers, and security systems. Perform software updates, patches, and installations. Participate in small to mid-sized project rollouts and technical deployments. Document system configurations, updates, and procedures.
