Job Summary:

Maximus Mice & Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced MICE Ticketing Executive / Sr. Executive to manage the ticketing needs for corporate group travel, events, and incentive trips. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage complex itineraries and bulk bookings under tight deadlines.

They should also be able to deal with consolidators for ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international ticketing for corporate groups, events, and incentive travel.
• Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal departments to secure group fares and special requirements.
• Manage and issue tickets through GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or Consolidators.
• Provide fare quotes, revalidations, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds.
• Ensure accuracy of ticket issuance and compliance with travel policies and client requirements.
• Coordinate travel documentation including visas, insurance, and entry requirements (as needed).
• Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, client preferences, and invoice details.
• Provide pre-departure and post-trip support to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay updated with airline policies, schedules, and special offers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a ticketing role, preferably in the MICE or corporate travel sector.
• Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, group bookings, and ticketing procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple group bookings simultaneously.
• Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak events or group departures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Experience working in a travel agency or DMC with MICE operations.
• Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes.
