About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects from concept through execution. You'll be responsible for driving design, coordinating teams and consultants, and ensuring projects are delivered with a high level of design and technical excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident taking ownership, enjoys solving complex design challenges, and can balance creativity with execution.
Responsibilities
Lead projects from concept design through construction.
Develop design concepts, layouts, presentations and material palettes.
Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and clients.
Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related challenges.
Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal coordination.
Mentor junior architects and support the growth of the design team.
Ensure design quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
1–5 years of professional experience in architecture and interiors.
Strong portfolio showcasing built work.
Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail or commercial projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of Revit and rendering software is an advantage.
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Excellent communication, presentation and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work collaboratively within a team.
