Role : TIBCO Developer

Location: Pennington, NJ (Locals Only)

Duration: Fulltime Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Primary Skill: TIBCO Business Works ( BW5.x)

Preferred: TIBCO EMS, Oracle PL SQL

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities

· Strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x), EMS, and API/Web Services development.

· Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions between multiple applications and platforms.

· Experience in SOAP/REST services, XML, XSLT, JMS, and messaging frameworks.

· Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

· Good understanding of SDLC, deployment processes, and integration best practices.

· Preferred Skills: TIBCO EMS, Oracle/SQL, API integration, production support, and banking/domain experience.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

· Strong communication skills and experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
