About the Role

You will work side by side with our Founding team, helping to shape how client experience, international growth, and operations run at Scale.jobs.
What you’ll actually be doing
Take full ownership of the client onboarding experience and make it seamless and memorable.
Be the go-to for client success, retention, delight, and building next-level relationships.
Support cross-team collaboration to hit our CSAT, NPS, and TAT goals.
Act as a trusted consultant for international clients with career planning and job search support.
Bring fresh ideas to new business initiatives and keep Scale.jobs ahead of the curve.
Collect and channel client feedback to help launch new products and services.

Have 3+ years of solid operations experience, along with a relevant degree.
Communicate clearly and genuinely care about customer experience.
Thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes chaotic startup environment.
Enjoy solving problems, pitching in, and embracing new challenges.
Are comfortable stretching beyond a typical 9 to 5 schedule when needed.
