Comes with ad agency background and experience and, more importantly, with great advertising concepts, a penchant for the details, plus keen advertising design sensibilities. An eager student of the latest integrated advertising and digital trends and social media culture with an envy-invoking portfolio that demonstrates a range of work is ideal. QUALIFICATIONS: ● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. ● 5-7 years ad agency experience working on bigger brands (domestic or international) ● Able to grasp creative briefs and turn around ideas quickly. ● Proven experience as an Art Director with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work with 360-degree integrated campaign ideas and campaigns. ● Fluent in Adobe Indesign, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, More). ● Exceptional collaborative and team skills. ● Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills. ● Fluency in spoken English will be an added advantage KEY DUTIES: ● Conceptualization and Ideation: Collaborate with copywriter, project coordinators to conceptualize and develop concepts that align with client objectives and follow brand guidelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative ideas and strategies. ● Visual Design: Oversee the creation of visually stunning assets/designs for a range of advertising materials, including print ads, digital content, social media, and branding collateral. Ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences. TV experience required. ● Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all advertising materials. Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to integrate visual and written components seamlessly. ● Client Interaction: Work closely with project managers to understand project expectations and objectives. ● Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing the design process from concept to completion. ● Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, design technologies, and emerging creative techniques. Integrate innovative and cutting-edge design approaches into projects. ● Production: Experience in producing audio/video, directing editors, animators, illustrators as required. OTHER KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ● Consistent, accurate use of time billing software and file management systems. If requested ● Timely project updates to ACD/CD/Executive Creative Director ● Spending time understanding the business needs of the clients/projects and applying those learnings ● Team relationship building ● Experience creating presentation decks from brand guidelines and briefs
