CNC Maintenance Technician [84316]

A temporary position for a CNC Maintenance Technician is available on our client's manufacturing team. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving CNC equipment, including lathes and machining centers, while supporting facility maintenance needs across multiple locations. The position is scheduled for 1st shift hours, with a schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on CNC lathes and machining centers.Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.Conduct machine tear-downs, rebuilds, and electrical wiring tasks.Use schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to identify root causes of equipment problems.Coordinate with OEMs and outside vendors to resolve complex equipment issues.
CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing CNC equipment.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.Experience wiring and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
