Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to drive sales of elevator and escalator modernization solutions by:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying modernization opportunities within existing customer portfolios
• Upselling renovation and modernization services
• Managing the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to project handover
• Delivering customer-focused solutions across multiple industry verticals

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Analyze current and potential customer data to identify modernization opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies for portfolio expansion and revenue growth.
• Independently drive modernization and renovation sales.
• Meet assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Understand customer business requirements and provide tailored modernization solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project and service teams for smooth execution.
• Support modernization project planning and implementation.
• Ensure projects meet safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Technical & Solution Selling

• Work closely with engineering, service, and technical teams.
• Develop comprehensive modernization proposals.
• Align technical solutions with customer requirements.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or BE/B.Tech in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
