We’re hiring: Business Development Asst Manager/Manager – Public Relations

Location: Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi (In-office)

Experience: 2–9 years in BD/sales roles (PR or communications agency experience preferred)

As our Business Development Manager , you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting pitches, and driving strategic growth. This isn’t a sales-first role—it’s about building meaningful relationships and showing clients the value of thoughtful, well-executed communication.

What you'll do:

• Build a strong pipeline of new business leads
• Craft and present customised pitches and proposals
• Collaborate with leadership to define outreach and growth strategies
• Represent TPC at meetings, industry events, and networking forums

We’re looking for someone sharp, articulate, and deeply curious, someone who understands what clients really need, and how PR can deliver impact.
