The SIC reports to the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) during flight. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.QualificationsRequired education and experienceWorking knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135.Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulationsStrong organizational skills & advanced multi-tasking abilitiesStrong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected levelComputer skills necessary to operate word processing, email and web-based and/or mobile device applicationsMust possess a passionate attention to detail and the ability to work in a team atmosphereAbility to present a well-groomed appearance at all times adhering to company standardsATP completeFAA First Class MedicalAt least 2,000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing)At least 200 hours of Multi-Engine TimeValid PassportAbility to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.Appropriate Type RatingThis position is classified as a Safety-Sensitive role under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and is subject to pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with FAA guidelinesMust be authorized to work lawfully in the United States, must provide two forms of Federal Identification.Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment. This includes verification of previous employment, education, criminal history, and any other relevant information necessary to determine the suitability for the position.
