Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (approximately ±1 hour)
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury.
The role involves working with glass products and will include manual handling and regular heavy lifting. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a physical production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with glass products safely and carefully
Moving and handling materials throughout the production area
Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
Supporting general production and manufacturing duties
Following instructions and production processes
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
Able xrexnqw to work on your feet for extended periods
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
A good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with regular lifting and handling of glass and other materials.
