<p><strong>Brand Operations &amp; Campaign Executive </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>highly organized and proactive Brand Operations &amp; Campaign Executive </strong> to support the brand team in executing campaigns seamlessly. This role sits at the intersection of <strong>campaign execution, stakeholder management, and creative collaboration </strong>, ensuring ideas translate into smooth on-ground execution. </p><p>While the role is largely <strong>operations and client servicing driven (80%) </strong>, the candidate will also contribute to <strong>creative ideation and campaign thinking (20%) </strong>. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Campaign &amp; Operations Management (80%) </strong> </p><ul><li>Track and manage <strong>brand campaigns end-to-end </strong> to ensure timely execution. </li><li>Coordinate with <strong>procurement teams, site partners, and vendors </strong> for campaign implementation. </li><li>Follow up on <strong>POs, invoices, and payments </strong> to ensure smooth financial closures. </li><li>Maintain and track the <strong>Brand Quarterly Calendar </strong> for campaigns and deliverables. </li><li>Oversee execution of <strong>brand films and video projects </strong>, including shoot coordination and edit follow-ups. </li><li>Maintain internal trackers such as the <strong>Mall Master Tracker </strong> and campaign status sheets. </li><li>Drive <strong>internal team follow-ups </strong> to keep projects moving smoothly. </li><li>Act as a <strong>strong client servicing bridge </strong> between internal teams and external stakeholders. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Creative Support (20%) </strong> </p><ul><li>Participate in <strong>campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions </strong>. </li><li>Contribute ideas for <strong>brand activations and campaign formats </strong>. </li><li>Support the team in translating creative concepts into executable plans. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Strong <strong>coordination and follow-up skills </strong>. </li><li>Excellent <strong>communication and stakeholder management </strong>. </li><li>Ability to <strong>manage multiple campaigns and deadlines </strong>. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong <strong>tracking and documentation skills </strong>. </li><li>Interest in <strong>brand marketing, campaigns, and creative thinking </strong>. </li> </ul><p><br /></p>
