1. Market Research & Lead Identification Conduct market research and client mapping , including creation of own prospect databases across target industries Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders Maintain updated market intelligence on competitors, hiring trends, and client needs 2. Lead Generation & Outreach Execute cold calling and outbound outreach using both self-generated data and shared databases Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business potential Schedule introductory calls and meetings for the Manager. 3. Meeting Coordination & Client Correspondence Align and confirm meetings with clients, including calendar coordination and reminders Participate in calls/meetings where required to support note-taking and follow-ups Prepare and share Minutes of
