Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site RIDERS role based in Karāchi. The rider will be responsible for safely picking up and delivering candy products to retail outlets, distributors, and customers according to daily schedules. Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, ensuring timely deliveries, handling cash or delivery confirmations, and maintaining accurate records of completed orders. The rider will inspect and maintain their vehicle or assigned transport, follow traffic and safety regulations, and communicate with the dispatch or sales team about delivery status and any issues. The role also involves providing courteous customer service at each delivery point and supporting basic warehouse or loading activities when required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local routes and areas within Karāchi, with the ability to plan efficient delivery paths.
• Valid motorcycle or vehicle license (as required) and a clean driving record with a focus on safe driving practices.
• Ability to manage delivery documents, receipts, and basic cash handling with accuracy and honesty.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Physical ability to handle loading, unloading, and transporting packages throughout the workday.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time schedules, including peak business hours and occasional overtime.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; prior experience in delivery, courier, or logistics roles is an advantage.
• Commitment to following company policies, safety guidelines, and maintaining a neat, presentable appearance.
