DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager - ShiftSmart in Irving, TX.Duties:* Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, system integration, and user experience* Gather and translate business needs into requirements, product roadmaps, and prioritized work initiatives* Lead the delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and process improvements across enterprise platforms* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning, testing, implementation, and adoption of new capabilities* Monitor performance, user feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation* Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field preferred* 3-5 years of experience in product management, business systems, technology solutions, or related roles* Experience supporting enterprise applications, system integrations, workflow management, or operational platforms* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills* Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management and sprint planning* Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and drive projects from concept through implementation* Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to support decision-making and process improvementJob TypeContractCompensation46 - $51
