To support a diverse client base, the remote Second Look Virtual Tax Professional will conduct tax interviews, prepare accurate tax returns for individuals and small businesses, and provide expert advice while fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities Conduct tax interviews and utilize virtual tools to assist clients with their tax needs Prepare and review accurate tax returns in compliance with IRS regulations Analyze IRS transcripts to identify opportunities for amendments and prior year filings Required qualifications Three years of tax preparation or review experience Experience with IRS transcripts and amendments Strong knowledge of tax law relevant to clients' needs Analytical skills to resolve complex tax situations High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
