Job Description

• Proper verification of documents with physical quantity, taggingof store identification card and stacking in relevant area on regular basis.
• Responsible for record keeping and all types of issuance(including Explosive and Fire Bricks) of inventory in main store and yardactivities on daily basis.
• Receive SRN with material and their coding (including allrelevant information like split level, previous issuance, depreciation value(if required) after approval of GM (Works).
• Responsible to maintain proper record / issuance of Tools,Walkie Talkie Sets etc.
• Verify odd hours issuance (MIR & Register) on daily basis.
• Responsible for record keeping of all types of Gas Cylinders(i.e. record keeping, ordering and maintaining the site requirement on dailybasis).
• Responsible to maintain the stock of fast moving items and itsre-order level, timely generation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and follow-up.
• Responsible to generate PR & follow up for printing ofvisiting cards after receipt of proper approval.
• Ensure proper working regarding issuance of items on First inFirst Out (FIFO) basis.
• Verify transaction sheet and clear all short / excess (if any)on daily / weekly basis.
• Prepare reports and maintain registers related to respectivesection for proper record keeping.

Experience and Qualification

• 01 to 02 years of relevant experience

• Good knowledge of Store operational activities
