BJC HealthCare seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Lead to provide advanced clinical pharmacy services and team leadership in a mission-driven, academic health system. This role delivers direct patient care through evidence-based pharmacotherapy, medication therapy management, and collaboration with physicians and nurses on rounds. The Clinical Pharmacist Lead oversees pharmacy workflow, mentors staff and residents, supports precepting, and drives initiatives in medication safety, formulary management, and quality improvement. You will help implement protocols, optimize the EHR, and support research and education while modeling BJC’s values of compassion, excellence, and equity.
