This dynamic, modern property consultancy is looking to hire a Team Assistant / Coordinator to support their Finance and Tax teams. This role will encompass aspects of an Assistant role as well as more specific Finance Administration – a compelling combination for candidates with administrative experience and an interest in corporate finance.
Business Support / Assistant Duties
Diary and logistics management for the Finance Team
Manage travel and hotel requirements (U.K. and International)
Organising team social events
Finance Administration (Systems and process side)
Maintain tax reporting and compliance trackers
Manage HMRC tracking system
Assist Financial Controller filing statements through online portals
Prep monthly invoices packs
Support team members with maintenance of up-to-date documentation for controls and processes
Treasury and Banking support
This role is well suited to candidates with administrative experience in a fast paced, corporate environment. Although extensive experience with financial administration is not essential, a demonstrable ability to learn new systems and processes is. You will have a high level of computer literacy (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
This team is looking for a confident, self-driven and communicative person who is driven to learn in the role and ask questions when needed.
