We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Lahore As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for managing and supervising all staff members ensuring excellent customer service maintaining high quality standards and maximizing profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staffing inventory budgeting and customer service
• Hire train schedule and supervise staff members to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Ensure that all employees adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability while maintaining cost control measures
• Respond to customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and address any areas of improvement or recognition
• Create weekly schedules for employees based on business needs while keeping in mind their availability and preferences
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items or specials to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness in the restaurant
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is an asset
