Trusted Health seeks a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients on a fast-paced med-surg unit. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wounds, monitor telemetry, and coordinate interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll document in the EHR, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and infection-control standards. As part of our nurse-centric, tech-forward culture, you’ll leverage digital tools, contribute to quality initiatives, and help shape a better clinical experience for both nurses and patients.
