Salary: $80,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a similar field
• At least two years of UiPath development experience, including knowledge of Orchestrator and Studio
• At least two years of experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time, organize tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, solve problems, and develop effective solutions in ambiguous situations
• Interest in mentoring junior developers and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using the UiPath platform
• Demonstrate automations to customers, support training, and provide operational support
• Monitor automation performance, measure effectiveness, and troubleshoot issues
• Develop prototypes that demonstrate creative applications of automation tools
• Explore technologies and approaches such as artificial intelligence, document OCR, and machine learning to improve automation delivery
• Guide junior developers on best practices
• Manage projects and contribute to a positive work environment
