DrScribe is looking for a Healthcare GTM Consultant – Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare / Hospital Business Development Consultant who can help us onboard our first set of clinics and hospitals onto DrScribe, our AI-powered clinical documentation platform.

Our immediate goal:

Onboard 25 – 50 clinics/hospitals in Bengaluru within 60 days.

Who we're looking for in you

You should have existing experience and relationships with:

• Clinic owners / founders

• Hospital administrators

• Medical directors

• Healthcare decision-makers

Experience in HMS / EMR / healthcare SaaS / hospital technology / healthcare consulting will be highly valuable.

What you will do

• Identify suitable clinics and hospitals

• Connect with decision-makers

• Arrange and conduct product demonstrations

• Help initiate DrScribe pilots

• Coordinate onboarding of 3–15 doctors

• Drive adoption during the pilot

• Convert successful pilots into paid deployments

• Help us establish a repeatable hospital/clinic acquisition process

Our ideal customer

Privately managed clinics / hospitals

‍⚕️ 3–15 doctors

Approximately 30–100 OPD consultations/day

Bengaluru

Single or multi-branch facilities

We are initially focusing on independent clinics, local hospital groups and clinic chains, rather than large corporate hospital chains.

Performance-based engagement

This is intentionally structured around results rather than leads or meetings.

Compensation will be linked to:

Successful pilot → Paid deployment → Sustained usage

We are open to discussing a suitable success-fee / performance-based model with the right consultant.

Who would be a great fit?

Someone who can say:

"Give me 50 target clinics and I'll get you in front of the decision-makers."
