Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience in a customer support or service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
