Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Interface Designer role based in Pune Division. The User Interface Designer will create intuitive, visually consistent interfaces for web and software products, collaborating closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing UI layouts, creating mockups and interactive prototypes, refining design components, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design systems. The role involves gathering and interpreting user requirements, participating in usability reviews, and iterating designs based on feedback and analytics. The designer will work with front-end development teams to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong User Interface Design and Visual Design skills to create clean, modern, and consistent interfaces.
- Candidates should possess experience in creating Mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Candidates should possess understanding of User Experience (UX) principles to support intuitive workflows and user-centered design.
- Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, and responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Beneficial skills include familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, version control for design files, and working in agile product teams.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders are essential.
