Location: Nashville, Tennessee, USAWork Arrangement: Hybrid – Office Tuesday to Thursday, optional remote Mondays and FridaysIndustry: Insurance | Digital Marketing | AnalyticsAbout the RoleAn opportunity is available for an experienced SEO Analyst to support organic search performance, reporting, and data-driven optimisation within an established insurance organisation.The role focuses on analysing SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) performance, developing dashboards, identifying search trends, and providing actionable insights to improve organic visibility, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop SEO/AEO dashboards and recurring performance reports.Monitor organic traffic, search rankings, visibility, engagement, and conversions.Analyse data using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO reporting tools.Investigate changes in search performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Review technical SEO audits, crawl reports, and website health indicators.Conduct competitor, SERP, and AI-driven search performance analysis.Measure the impact of SEO improvements using performance benchmarks and KPIs.Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, and Technical SEO teams.Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent relevant work experience.Minimum 3 years of related professional experience.Experience developing dashboards, data models, and performance reports.Strong analytical skills, including data mining and visualisation.Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.Intermediate to advanced proficiency with relevant tools, including:Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag ManagerGoogle Ads and SEO analytics platformsTableau, Excel, and Google Looker StudioGoogle Optimize or OptimizelyStrong communication, reporting, and organisational skills.BenefitsHybrid working arrangements.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with 100% employer matching on the first 8% contributed, with immediate vesting.Paid time off and volunteer leave.Tuition reimbursement and professional development.Parental and caregiver leave.Wellness benefits and additional insurance options.Additional InformationHybrid schedule: Tuesday–Thursday in the office, with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. xzbcwsv Employment is not offered to holders of F-1, J-1, or H-1 visas.
