Business Development & Sales Manager (Hunter Role)

Location: Silver Oak Farm Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a hunter role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced design-driven environment and love working closely with architects and interior designers, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build new business opportunities by identifying and mapping prospects

• Building relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance

• Proving information to the sales coordinator in preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients

• Ability to work in coordination with team

• Work with backend team to ensure great customer experience through the journey from lead generation to execution.

• Building healthy funnel/ pipeline for business from new clients

• Meeting monthly targets

Requirements: Any Bachelor’s degree / MBA 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in design-led sectors (e.g., paints, lighting, veneers, sanitaryware, etc.) Prior experience pitching to architects and interior designers will be an advantage Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Strong customer service skills and a flair for relationship-driven selling Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales tools Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Must own a personal vehicle for client visits
