Job Title: Business Development Officer
Job Type : Contract – 6 Months
Job Location: Remote (India)
Job Purpose
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive sales and customer engagement through outbound channels. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service in personal banking products, especially personal loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Convert leads into successful sales through outbound calls
- Promote and sell personal loan products
- Manage and follow up on assigned leads via CRM systems
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in internal systems
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of requests
- Maintain records of customer interactions, approvals, and reports
Key Objectives
- Drive revenue through personal loan sales
- Cross-sell banking products to expand customer base
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Meet turnaround times (TAT) and compliance standards
Requirements
- Diploma or High School qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in banking, telesales, or customer service
- Good knowledge of personal banking products
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
