Role: Java Backend Developer Lead Work Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Noida/Chandigarh (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week) Client : Infosys NEED : 8 Years profiles only. Salary : 23 LPA(Max.) Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Security Strong experience developing REST APIs and Microservices Good understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, and clean architecture Experience with Kafka / messaging systems Strong database knowledge with SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing Good understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP Knowledge of API Gateway, OAuth2, JWT, and authentication/authorization mechanisms Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and cloud-native architectures Leadership & Soft Skills Proven experience leading or mentoring software development teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong ownership and accountability for technical delivery. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
