Job Description
- Business Sourcing: Proactively source business through both Branch networks and the Open Market.
- Customer Engagement: Interact directly with customers to explain product features and value propositions.
- Relationship Management: Manage and nurture professional relationships with customers, branch staff, and senior managers.
- Documentation: Handle end-to-end documentation with customers to ensure smooth processing and compliance.
- Business Augmentation: Execute periodic marketing activities and events to boost business efforts.
- Lead Management: Maintain daily updates of leads, lead tracking, and business progress reports.
- Process Compliance: Ensure all tasks are executed according to prescribed guidelines and company processes.
